Responsibilities:

As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in the company, providing financial leadership and aligning business and finance strategy to grow the business. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all financial operations including budgeting, financial forecasting, and negotiations.
2. Analyzing complex financial data and extract and define relevant information; interpret data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and projecting future performance.
3. Developing and implementing strategic financial planning and business operations to drive growth.
4. Ensuring all financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
5. Collaborating with senior management to develop strategic business plans, based on company reports and market trends.
6. Building and maintaining relationships with partners, stakeholders, and government entities.
7. Providing leadership, direction, and management to the finance team.
8. Implementing operational best practices and drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role within the tech services industry.
2. Proven experience in strategic planning, profit and loss, and budgeting.
3. Extensive knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
4. Strong understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
5. Familiarity with Full Stack or equivalent.
6. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
8. An ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven, dynamic environment.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
10. Professional certification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
