We are seeking a seasoned Head of Foreclosure Department Attorney to join our fast-paced and innovative legal team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with extensive knowledge and experience in private lending, lending, borrowing, CaseMax, Provantage, and Lexis Nexis. This role will play a critical part in managing our foreclosure department, providing legal advice to our clients, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, driving results, and a strong commitment to client service.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the foreclosure department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
2. Provide legal counsel to clients on matters related to foreclosure, private lending, lending, and borrowing.
3. Utilize CaseMax, Provantage, and Lexis Nexis for research, case management, and legal document preparation.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
5. Develop and implement strategies to minimize foreclosure risk and maximize recovery.
6. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and initiatives.
7. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of attorneys and support staff.
8. Represent the organization in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as needed.
9. Conduct regular reviews of foreclosure cases, providing guidance and direction to the team.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, legal rulings, and changes in laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Current license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
3. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in foreclosure law, with a focus on private lending, lending, and borrowing.
4. Proficiency in CaseMax, Provantage, and Lexis Nexis.
5. Proven experience managing a team and driving results.
6. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
8. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
9. Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and learning.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
