Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Intake. This dynamic role is critical to the success of our firm as you will be the first point of contact for our clients and responsible for managing the intake process. This position requires a professional with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of the legal industry, and an ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. If you are a bilingual English-Spanish speaker with a background in client intake, client retention, and case evaluation, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the entire client intake process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all clients.
  • Evaluate potential cases to determine their suitability for our firm, using your legal knowledge and judgement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients, providing them with information and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure potential cases are thoroughly reviewed and processed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and case evaluations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact the intake process.
  • Provide training and support to intake team members to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Continuously seek to improve the intake process, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the legal industry.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience in client intake, client retention, and case evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry, including knowledge of various types of cases and legal procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
