Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of processing associates
  • Uphold safety and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient processing environment
  • Oversee all aspects of beef production
  • Optimize production processes to meet quality standards
  • Monitor production metrics and make recommendations for areas of improvement
  • Manage all beef raw material procurement and vendor relationships
  • Control costs, reduce waste, and maximize operational efficiency, while ensuring quality standards are upheld
  • Ensure the Maintenance operations team is functioning proficiently

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agri-Business or related field
  • Previous experience in beef slaughter or production
  • Experience leading large teams in a multi-site environment
  • Working knowledge of meat industry and USDA regulations and safety standards
  • Must possess or be able to obtain valid California driver’s license
