Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead, train, and develop a team of processing associates
- Uphold safety and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient processing environment
- Oversee all aspects of beef production
- Optimize production processes to meet quality standards
- Monitor production metrics and make recommendations for areas of improvement
- Manage all beef raw material procurement and vendor relationships
- Control costs, reduce waste, and maximize operational efficiency, while ensuring quality standards are upheld
- Ensure the Maintenance operations team is functioning proficiently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agri-Business or related field
- Previous experience in beef slaughter or production
- Experience leading large teams in a multi-site environment
- Working knowledge of meat industry and USDA regulations and safety standards
- Must possess or be able to obtain valid California driver’s license
