Strategic Talent Planning:
- Build and execute a People strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Partner with leadership on org design, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Drive headcount planning and capacity modeling
Talent Acquisition:
- Own hiring strategy across all functions (quality, speed, experience)
- Implement structured interview processes and hiring frameworks
- Help shape employer brand and recruiting operations
Performance & Leadership Development:
- Build performance management systems (goal setting, reviews, calibration)
- Develop leadership programs and career progression frameworks
- Create leveling structures and promotion criteria
Culture & Employee Experience:
- Scale a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
- Build engagement programs and feedback systems
- Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle experience
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Establish and scale HR operations (HRIS, benefits, policies, compliance)
- Build processes for employee relations, documentation, and risk mitigation
Compensation & Total Rewards:
- Design compensation philosophy and benchmarking frameworks
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, incentives, and equity programs
- Lead merit, bonus, and compensation cycles
Required:
- 8–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience in high-growth tech or startup environments (Series A–C or similar)
- Strong background across talent, performance, comp, culture, and HR ops
- Proven ability to build scalable systems without overcomplicating
- Analytical mindset + experience with HR systems and data
- Strong communication and executive presence
Preferred:
- Experience supporting distributed or global teams
- Familiarity with SaaS / cybersecurity / enterprise tech environments
- Experience scaling organizations (150 → 500+ employees)
- Exposure to equity programs and growth-stage comp structures
