We are a dynamic real estate company in the accounting and finance industry, and we are searching for a driven, experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is integral to our company's growth and success, as it involves identifying and attracting top-tier talent to ensure we continue to thrive in a competitive market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
  • Regularly follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross-functional projects.
  • Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, specifically within the real estate, accounting, and finance industry.
  • Proven experience with sourcing techniques, talent acquisition, and managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
  • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.
  • Proven experience managing and negotiating with vendors.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior-level leaders.
  • Proven ability to handle complex and difficult situations with thought and confidence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, dealing with ambiguity.
