Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field
(or 1+ years of relevant HSE)
Basic knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable state environmental regulations (e.g., PADEP)
Experience or familiarity with HSE systems like ISNetworld, Avetta, and mobile field reporting tools
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required
Willing and able to travel extensively (up to 80%)
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, PADEP, and other regulations
- Conduct regular field inspections and audits; document findings and recommend corrective actions
- Support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking
- Maintain and manage HSE compliance systems (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, PEC)
- Attend client meetings and ensure alignment with site-specific safety and environmental requirements
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety and environmental metrics
- Deliver and document employee safety training; conduct field competency evaluations
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Respond to urgent safety needs or incidents on-site as needed (including nights/weekends)
