We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Health Care Associate Attorney with 3+years to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising and representing clients on a wide range of legal issues within the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing legal guidance on regulatory, corporate, and governance matters for healthcare entities such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, adult care facilities, diagnostic and treatment centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and home health agencies.
Advising clients on healthcare entity and physician practice mergers, acquisitions, and affiliations.
Handling complex health care provider licensure issues, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
Representing clients in state and federal regulatory audits and investigations.
Supporting not-for-profit healthcare organizations with legal advice and compliance matters.
Assisting in the development, implementation, and oversight of corporate compliance programs, including managing state and federal self-disclosures.
Providing counsel on core legal issues such as Fraud and Abuse, Anti-Kickback Statutes, Stark Law, HIPAA, and telemedicine regulations.
