We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Healthcare Business Analyst to join our thriving Tech Services team. The selected candidate will play a key role in helping to optimize our healthcare client's performance through the innovative use of technology. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in PPM, ITBM, SPM, SharePoint, and Service Now to make a significant impact on our client's operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field, with a strong focus on healthcare consulting.
Summary
In this role you will be working in a business operations support role for the EPMO. Responsibilities can range from SME support of the Demand and Project modules within ServiceNow, training, ServiceNow and Power BI report creation, complex data analysis and reporting, Microsoft Office template management, process flow documentation, and other similar EPMO department responsibilities. This is distinct from a project coordinator role, in that you won't routinely be engaged in direct project work but work that supports the ongoing operations of the EPMO.
Skills and experience we are seeking:
Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Financial Analysis, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager, or a similar type of role in a formal PMO/EPMO is required.
Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) in Business Administration, Health Administration, Office Management, or a technical degree.
Without a bachelor's degree, 7+ years of directly relevant experience. Relevant certifications may also be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree, but a high school diploma/or GED is required.
Experience with the ServiceNow report writing tool.
Experience using and supporting ServiceNow Project Management Tools (PPM, ITBM, SPM)
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience with creating and maintaining department templates
Excellent analytic, problem solving and coaching skills, with the ability to take a thoughtful driven approach to addressing each assignment.
Someone who is self-motivated and will jump in and do the work.
Experience with general departmental SharePoint site content maintenance
Particularly strong Excel user, including experience with integrating date from multiple sources, data analysis, usage of advanced Excel functions.
Preferred Experience

Experience with Power BI DAX and Power Query
