We seek a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Permanent Healthcare Business Development Director | Market Expert. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in the medical industry by directing the business development efforts of our healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
2. Lead and manage the admission process, ensuring a smooth transition for patients from referral to admission.
3. Drive EBITDA growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
4. Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, to drive patient referrals and admissions.
5. Oversee and manage the physician recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top medical professionals.
6. Develop and execute effective marketing and direct sales strategies to promote the organization’s services.
7. Utilize expert knowledge of the Inpatient Rehabilitation, Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH), and psychiatric hospital markets to drive business growth.
8. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure a seamless patient experience and high-quality care.
9. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, utilizing this information to inform business development strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the healthcare sector.
3. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
4. In-depth knowledge of the medical industry, including Inpatient Rehabilitation, LTACH, and psychiatric hospital markets.
5. Experience with the admission process in a healthcare setting.
6. Proven success in physician recruitment and relationship management.
7. Strong understanding of EBITDA and its role in business growth.
8. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
9. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
10. Experience in marketing and direct sales within the healthcare sector.
11. Knowledge of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) and Long Term Care Hospital (LTCH) settings is a plus.
