We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Healthcare Superintendent-Renovations to join our growing team. This role is integral to our success in the construction industry, focusing specifically on healthcare construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, with significant experience in hospital and healthcare construction, expansions and renovations. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead and manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety while meeting client expectations.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Healthcare Superintendent-Renovations, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Supervising and coordinating all construction activities related to healthcare construction and renovation projects.
2. Overseeing the work of contractors, subcontractors, and staff to ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget.
3. Ensuring all projects are completed in accordance with regulatory standards and requirements specific to healthcare facilities.
4. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists, ensuring effective communication and coordination among all parties involved.
5. Managing project timelines, identifying potential delays, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
6. Ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality control are maintained throughout all stages of the project.
7. Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
8. Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, challenges, and achievements.
Qualifications:
To qualify for the role of Permanent Healthcare Superintendent-Renovations, you must possess the following:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a specific focus on healthcare construction, expansions, and renovations.
2. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and safety protocols.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
