We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of healthcare construction projects, with a particular emphasis on Emergency Room construction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the most innovative and challenging healthcare construction projects in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all stages of project life cycle, from pre-construction to final handover, ensuring all project objectives are met.
Coordinate and supervise the work of all subcontractors, suppliers, and personnel on the project, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.
Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, and manage all project resources to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Manage all project communication, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of project status and any issues are resolved promptly.
Review and approve all subcontractor's and supplier's invoices, and ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
Implement and maintain all company policies and procedures, including safety procedures and quality control.
Work closely with the project team and other stakeholders to resolve any technical issues and to ensure the project is delivered to the client's satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in healthcare construction, with a particular focus on Emergency Room construction.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Proven track record in managing complex healthcare construction projects, with a strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and supervise the work of a diverse team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage all project communication and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Proficient in project management software, and strong computer skills in MS Office suite.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve any technical issues promptly and effectively.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality standards.
Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations in the construction industry, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in outdoor conditions.
