A bit about us:
We are seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of heavy machinery, including earthmoving and forestry equipment. This role involves servicing both rental units and customer-owned machines in the field.

Job Details
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain engines, drive systems, hydraulics, and electronic control systems.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and management regarding repairs and service updates.
Travel to job sites and company locations as needed, using a company vehicle.
Be available for on-call service as required.
Lift and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 lbs.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with John Deere, Hitachi, Caterpillar, and Kawasaki equipment is required.
3–5 years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining heavy equipment.
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Comfortable using diagnostic software and laptops for equipment analysis.
Self-starter who can manage tasks independently and prioritize work effectively.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to read schematics for electrical and hydraulic systems
Familiarity with a variety of heavy machinery brands and models.
Own hand tools up to 1 ½ inch.
