Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Collect and analyze complex project data to determine accurate material, labor, and equipment costs
- Utilize advanced estimation software for precise project forecasting
- Prepare comprehensive and competitive project bids
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes
- Collaborate closely with project management and engineering teams
- Develop detailed cost reports and financial projections
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of industrial estimation experience
- Advanced proficiency in estimation software (Timberline, HCSS HeavyBid)
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
