Job Details
We are seeking two experienced Help Desk / Customer Experience Analysts to support IT operations and security initiatives. In this role, you will:

- Provide technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, Active Directory, Azure AD, and network access issues.
- Support security rollouts including YubiKeys, FIDO2, BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business, and password scrambling.
- Assist with the migration from Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure to Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Manage account creation, updates, and synchronization in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Troubleshoot and deploy hardware and peripherals, including printers.
- Support integration and use of Delinea Secret Server for secure credential management.
- Document technical processes and create user-facing guides.
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree OR four additional years of relevant IT experience in place of a degree.
- Minimum of 2 years in a technical support, consulting, or IT customer service role.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be available to work standard Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience with Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD administration.
- Experience with enterprise-scale hardware/software deployment and migration projects.
- Familiarity with conflict resolution in a customer service context.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
- Experience in documenting technical processes for multiple audience levels.
- Prior work in large enterprise environments.
