We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Permanent Help Desk Support professional to join our dynamic team in the technology industry. As a Help Desk Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and you will be responsible for resolving their technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support.

Job Details
- 3+ years of experience in a help desk or customer support role.
- Strong technical skills and experience with service now, technical resolution, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
