Dates: Full-time, ongoing. Will consider part-time availability
Daily Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
Call Schedule: 1:3
Board Status: Board Eligible/Certified
State License: IL license required. We can assist with licensure
Active DEA required
15-20+ patients per day with Nurse support, 2% inpatient and 98% outpatient
# of Physician in practice: 2 Full-time, 1 locum
Ancillary staff: 4 RNs, CMAs + 5 RN, 1 CMA for infusions
EMR: Cerner/Dragon
Preferred method of chemotherapy administration: Nurse Oncologist with MD oversight as needed
Additional information: This is a busy practice with docs seeing 15-20 patients per day as well as oversight of 20-30 chemo infusions per day with nurse support. Call is consult by phone only, unless the MD chooses to respond in person. Hospital is a 3 minute walk from the clinical with a pharmacy on-site. Our MDs work a 4 day work week with one out on Mondays and one out on Fridays. The locum would cover one or both of those days to have two MDs on site each day.
