We are seeking a dynamic and diligent professional for a Permanent High Volume Invoice/Data Entry role in the fast-paced and ever-evolving Construction Industry. This role is not for the faint-hearted, but for someone who thrives in a high-volume, high-intensity environment. You will be an integral part of our finance team, ensuring that our invoicing and data entry systems are accurate, efficient, and up-to-date. You will be working with a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.

Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Accurately and efficiently processing a high volume of invoices, ensuring that all information is correct and up-to-date.

2. Verifying invoice details against purchase orders, contracts, and service agreements.

3. Identifying and resolving discrepancies in invoice data.

4. Maintaining a thorough and organized system for tracking and storing invoices.

5. Collaborating with other team members to streamline and improve the invoicing and data entry process.

6. Assisting with other data entry tasks as needed.

7. Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns regarding invoicing.

8. Complying with all company policies and regulations, as well as any relevant laws and guidelines.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable professional with a strong understanding of invoicing and data entry. The following qualifications are required:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in invoice verification and data entry, preferably in a high-volume environment.

2. A solid understanding of the invoicing process, including the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

3. Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with stakeholders at all levels.

6. Proficiency in relevant computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and any industry-specific software.

7. A strong ethical framework, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.

8. A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deadlines.
