We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent HNW Tax Manager to join our finance industry team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Tax Management, individual returns, and K1. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the preparation and review of individual tax returns for high net worth clients
- Review and analyze K1s, partnership agreements, and other tax-related documents
- Provide guidance and support to clients on tax planning and compliance matters
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly
- Manage and mentor junior staff members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification required
- 3+ years of experience in Tax Management, individual returns, and K1
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
