Job Details
We are seeking an experienced HOA / Community Association Attorney to join our practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with homeowner associations, condominium associations, and property management companies on a wide range of legal matters.
**Job Description**
* Provide legal counsel to HOAs, condominium associations, and community associations on governance, compliance, and operational issues
* Draft and amend governing documents, bylaws, policies, and rules and regulations
* Represent associations in covenant enforcement, collections, and assessment disputes
* Handle litigation matters related to association governance, contracts, and real estate issues
* Advise boards on fiduciary duties, fair housing, and regulatory compliance
* Work collaboratively with colleagues in litigation, real estate, and corporate practice groups
**Qualifications**
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar license
* 3–8 years of experience representing HOAs, COAs, or related community association clients
* Strong background in real estate, contracts, and civil litigation
* Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to delivering practical, cost-effective solutions with a client-service focus
