Job Details
What You Will Be Doing
Acting as a liaison between the agency and the community
Developing and promoting home care programs and services
Maintaining standards of practice consistent with quality health care
Maximizing human, financial, and equipment resources
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff, the public, the Governing Body, and the Medical Director
Developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources
Working on the road to engage with the community
Skills You Need
Hospice or home care sales experience is required
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources
Experience in the health care arena
Preferred: Graduate of an accredited college/university
