As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The RN assesses the patient's needs, develops a care plan and implements interventions to improve the patients health outcomes.

The RN will also provide education and support to the patient and their families to manage there health and promote wellness.

Required Qualifications:

An active RN license for New York State
Unexpired verification of US citizenship
Up-to-date physical examination (within the past 12 months)
MMR tires and immunizations
CPR certification
Malpractice insurance
(2) professional references
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 + Booster
