We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Permanent Home Remodel Lead to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of high-end home remodeling projects, where you will be the driving force behind our renovation and remodel efforts. If you are a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in hands-on home remodeling, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Home Remodel Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Hands-on construction work. Building things, and being hands-on with remodels and home construction.
2. Developing project plans, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Conducting site evaluations and providing accurate home estimates to clients.
4.. Ensuring compliance with all safety and building regulations.
5.. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our work.
6. Resolving any issues, problems, or delays that occur during the construction process.
7.. Continuously improving our processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Home Remodel Lead position should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in home remodeling and being hands-on.
2. Proven experience in working on home remodeling projects.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety guidelines.
4. Strong expertise in framing, drywall installation, and renovation.
5. Ability to provide accurate home estimates and manage project budgets effectively.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
10. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
11. A degree or certification in construction management, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
