Job Details
The Hospital Business Development Director oversees the growth and strategic partnerships of the hospital by implementing referral programs, enhancing customer service strategies, and managing the inpatient admission process. They lead and develop the hospital's Business Development Team, while ensuring a mission-driven culture, accountability, and continuous improvement. Additionally, they prioritize patient safety and provide patient-centered treatment for the hospital's success.
