Job Details
- Direct and coordinate clinical departments and sites to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulations.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to maintain quality, compliance with patient care plans, and continuity of services.
- Support patient and employee education to enhance care skills and knowledge.
- Provide continuous training for nursing staff to retain top talent and ensure the highest quality of care.
- Offer coaching, development, feedback, and annual evaluations for team members.
- Ensure safe, high-quality patient services are delivered in accordance with federal and state guidelines.
- Promote an environment of teamwork, accountability, and growth within the care team.
Skills You Need
- Current State Registered Nurse License
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance
- At least two years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice or home health preferred)
