We are looking to hire and Expereienced RN Leader who loves to train and educate nursing staff.
IDEAL RN Canddiate will have relevant Hospice and or Palliative Care experience with CHPN certification

Responsibilities:
- Oversees and conducts orientation, training and education to all members of Hospice & Palliative Care teams and The Institute.
- Responsible for establishing all educational modules and training kits as needed.
- Supervises day-to-day activities of Staff Development Educators.
- Demonstrates strong critical-thinking, problem-solving skills and knowledge of Medicare/ Medicaid/ Private Insurances as well as the Hospice Conditions of Participation.
Qualifications:
- Baccalaureate Nursing Degree from an NLN-Accredited School of Nursing
- Master’s degree in nursing, education or related field preferred.
- CHPN required.
- Licensed with current Registration to practice as Registered Professional Nurse in NYS.
- Minimum of three years of Hospice experience
