**This role requires a Top Secret (TS) Clearance**

As a hardware engineer on our team, you will be responsible for daily troubleshooting and repair of hardware issues, documenting repairs, and managing part returns. It also includes regular reporting, maintaining SLA compliance, supporting 24x7 contracts, and assisting with system installations and inventory management.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:
  • BS in a related field
  • Active Top Secret (TS) or above clearance
  • 5+ years of hardware systems support or admin experience (or 3 years with an advanced degree)
  • Security+ Certification
  • Linux and server hardware experience

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Knowledge/experience with clusters and HPC systems (high-performance computing)
  • Linux+ certification
