We are looking for an experienced HPC Application Analyst with an active DoE Q or TS Clearance to join our on-site team in Livermore, CA. This permanent role involves optimizing high-performance computing applications using languages like C++, Fortran, CUDA, and MPI.

Key responsibilities include managing and enhancing HPC application performance, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with IT teams, and providing technical support. The role also involves conducting performance audits, staying updated on HPC advancements, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. You'll work on cutting-edge HPC projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:
  • BS in a related field, advanced degree is a big plus
  • 2+ years of programming with one or more of the following languages: C/C++, modern Fortran, HIP, CUDA, MPI, OpenMP, etc.
  • Active DoE Q or Top Secret clearance
  • Prior experience as a physicist, research scientist, developer, or programmer/analyst is strongly preferred

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Prior experience in the DoE space
  • Experience with High-performance computing (HPC) Applications and architecture
