An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Consulting HR/Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the success of our Accounting + Finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, payroll processing, scanning payroll, ADP, and human resources. This is a challenging role that requires a candidate with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting HR/Admin Assistant, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Administering and processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Maintaining and updating HR databases, ensuring that all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
3. Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
4. Providing support in the onboarding process for new employees.
5. Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
7. Collaborating with the HR team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the HR department.
8. Handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
9. Utilizing ADP software for various HR-related tasks.
10. Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance department as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Consulting HR/Admin Assistant role should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR/Admin role, preferably in the Accounting + Finance industry.
2. Proven experience in payroll processing and scanning payroll.
3. Familiarity with ADP software is a must.
4. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
8. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
10. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
12. A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
