Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our organziation. This is a hybrid position based out of the Wakefield, MA office.


Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Coordinates recruiting, ensuring timely completion of hiring and onboarding activities including but not limited to issuing letters, completing new hire compliance activities and ensuring robust new hire onboarding.
  • Lead PFA’s onboarding initiative making sure that new employees understand the organization and are glad that they joined PFA.
  • Provides consultation/coaching/training to managers on performance, talent development, and employee relations. •
  • Provides day-to-day talent and performance management guidance (coaching, mentoring, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). •
  • Implements HR best practices for key HR processes including performance management, compensation.
  • Use evidence and data to identify people priorities for the business and address future workforce needs.
  • Act as a local point of people expertise for teams that are implementing new people approaches.
  • Question and challenge others to get to the root of people and business issues.
  • Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
