Job Details

Our client is searching for an HR Coordinator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience drafting HR policies, procedures, and memoranda to ensure compliance with evolving employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to support day-to-day human resources and business operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating onboarding programs and training newly hired employees on company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong recordkeeping skills, including maintaining employee personnel files, benefits documentation, attendance records, disciplinary records, and other HR-related documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  • Experience developing and updating employee handbooks, policies, and procedures, particularly for New York-based employees.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies that align with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • At least one year of recent, hands-on Human Resources experience.
