Qualifications:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a competitive and diverse workforce.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining and enhancing our work culture.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure they align with company goals and employee needs.
- Lead organizational change efforts, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Drive the implementation and enhancement of HRIS systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR roles with increasing responsibility, preferably within the finance industry.
- Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes.
- Solid experience in performance management and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in benefits administration.
- Strong experience in organizational development and change management.
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
