We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced, and analytical HR Generalist to join our client in the Engineering industry. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions including talent management, interviewing, performance management, and utilization of HR technologies such as an ATS and ADP. This role is ideal for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in HR, who is passionate about developing and implementing HR strategies that will drive the success of our business.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent, including conducting interviews and utilizing ATS for applicant tracking.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6. Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring employee engagement and job satisfaction.
7. Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
8. Utilize ADP for payroll and HR services, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
9. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:

1. Proven working experience as an HR Generalist or related role for a minimum of 5 years.
2. People-oriented and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
3. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
4. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
6. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
7. Experience with ATS, ADP, and other HR-related software.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
10. Professional certification in HR (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
