Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Supporting employee opportunities for professional development.
- Implementing and revising a company's compensation program.
- Creating and revising job descriptions.
- Conducting annual salary surveys.
- Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s evaluation program.
- Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
- Overseeing exit interviews and recommending changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a human resources role with a focus on Organizational Development, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business knowledge.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
