Job Details
Responsibilities:
· Conduct employee onboarding and assist in training and development efforts
· Provide support to employees as it relates to leave of absence, compensation analysis, employee conflict, etc.
· Promote various HR programs as necessary to create an efficient and effective work environment
· Maintain the integrity of the site HRIS system by entering all new hire information and updating employee information as necessary
· Prepare or update employment records as they relate to transfer, promotion, and termination
· Implement and maintain site policies and procedures
· Explain and interpret policies, procedures, laws and standards to new and existing employees
· Assist in administering employee performance review process annually
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred
· Knowledge of principles and processes of human resources function.
· Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures
and terminology.
