Scope of Responsibilities:
The HR Generalist is responsible for the management and fulfillment of the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) plan. The HR Generalist will also take the lead on all employee recognition programs and provide support for all other areas of Human Resources and applicable payroll processes as assigned. Must remain current in federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to be benefits and assure company compliance.

Qualifications:
- Two-year college degree or 3+ years of related work experience in human resources administration preferred.
- Knowledgeable of laws, rules, and regulations about employment.
- Must demonstrate diplomacy and integrity and have a friendly and hospitable personality
