We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers you an opportunity to be a part of our vibrant workforce, where you will be instrumental in shaping the culture of our organization. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including payroll, employee relations, talent management, talent acquisition, training, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and FMLA. If you are bilingual, have a knack for problem-solving, and possess excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all HR-related functions including payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, training, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and FMLA.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
3. Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring employee relations and communication are at their best.
4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
6. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
9. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
10. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist with at least 3+ years of experience in the field.
2. Bilingual proficiency is a must.
3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
4. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
8. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
