Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles across all locations.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- HR Management: Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy development.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and develop long-term recruitment and HR strategies.
- Employee Development: Create and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Retention Strategies: Develop initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management and recruiting, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Experience managing HR for multiple locations is a plus.
