About the Role
In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll oversee all aspects of HR management for a thriving U.S. manufacturing facility. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to leadership while ensuring an exceptional employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Manage benefits administration, 401(k) plans, and compensation programs
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, training, and succession development
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Administer payroll, HR budgeting, and reporting
  • Support employee engagement through recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and community events
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR policies and processes aligned with company goals

About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Proven success in leading HR operations and influencing organizational culture
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
