About the Role
In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll oversee all aspects of HR management for a thriving U.S. manufacturing facility. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to leadership while ensuring an exceptional employee experience across the organization.

In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll oversee all aspects of HR management for a thriving U.S. manufacturing facility. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to leadership while ensuring an exceptional employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Manage benefits administration, 401(k) plans, and compensation programs
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, training, and succession development
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Administer payroll, HR budgeting, and reporting
- Support employee engagement through recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and community events
- Drive continuous improvement of HR policies and processes aligned with company goals
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proven success in leading HR operations and influencing organizational culture
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
