Job Details
The Head of People will play an integral part in helping our team grow individually and collectively. The
goal is to find a person who will create and execute a long range strategy to build a
talented, diverse team who are passionate about the work we do everyday. This person will also play
an active role helping each person grow and develop on their employee journey.

Roles and responsibilities:
Recruiting + Hiring
- Develop long term strategy for recruiting, hiring + retention
- Working with department leadership to clearly define needed position including skills needed,
- Creating job descriptions
- Actively recruiting for open positions
- In tandem with department leadership, conducting interview process and negotiating contracts
- Lead onboarding process for new employees, coordinating sessions with different team members,
Training + Coaching
- Develop training programs to enable growth and development across the organization
- Training could take many shapes, including across the whole company, a department, small
- One on one employee coaching to support growth to the next level or push beyond an obstacle
- Working with employee and manager to address performance issues
- Ongoing auditing and creation of organizational policies, guides and principles to continually share

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7yrs of full life-cycle recruitment
- Proven success in onboarding and training new employees
