We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our company. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent leadership and communication skills who can develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy. This role requires a candidate who is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent HR Manager, you will:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a competitive and diverse workforce.
4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
6. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company.
7. Oversee and administer compensation and benefits plans.
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
9. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
10. Evaluate training programs and manage talent development initiatives.
11. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to employees in a timely manner.
12. Utilize HRIS systems for data entry, reporting, and managing employee records.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Proven 5+ years of working experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
2. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
3. In-depth knowledge of Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, Training & Development, HR Policies,
Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Planning, and Talent Management.
4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and engage team members.
5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
7. Proficiency in HRIS and databases.
8. Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
9. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
10. Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as job evaluation methods.
11. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
12. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
