• 5+ years of experience in HR Management
• BS in Business Admin, Human Resources, or similar
• Experience developing/implementing HR policies
• Experience managing the recruitment process for all positions in the company
• Experience managing benefits programs, managing employee relations, and maintaining accurate records.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred!
