Key Responsibilities and Duties
Qualifications Needed
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for seasonal and full-time roles
- Collaborate with department heads to plan and meet labor demands
- Oversee and ensure compliance with the H-2A program, including coordination with agencies and regulatory bodies
- Serve as a liaison between management and staff to promote positive workplace culture
- Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and uphold company policies
- Provide bilingual communication and documentation support
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (OSHA, EEOC, FLSA)
- Maintain personnel records, timekeeping, and HR data integrity
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration
- Support leadership training and employee development programs
Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR management experience (preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or logistics)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- Experience with H-2A program or agricultural labor management preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (ADP preferred)
