We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage the Human Resources function of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing talent management, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, strategic planning, HR policies, workforce planning, and employment law. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the culture of our organization, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a competitive and diverse workforce.
3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
5. Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining high levels of employee engagement and morale.
6. Oversee and manage a training and development program to enhance employee skills and performance.
7. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
8. Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and succession planning.
9. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
10. Keep abreast of employment law and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, etc.).
3. Excellent understanding of strategic planning, HR policies, workforce planning, and employment law.
4. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent leadership and people management skills.
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to develop strategy and create and implement policies and procedures.
8. Experience with HR software and HR metrics.
9. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
10. Degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification will be a plus.
