We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our thriving construction company. As a key member of our team, you will play a significant role in shaping the company's workforce and culture.

Responsibilities:
As the HR Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
2. Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, etc.
3. Supervising the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
4. Serving as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions.
5. Monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
6. Dealing with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
7. Anticipating and resolving litigation risks.
8. Reporting to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
9. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management, particularly in I9 compliance.
10. Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure a high caliber and diverse candidate pool.
11. Overseeing employee termination procedures, ensuring legal compliance and maintaining a positive company culture.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:
1. 10+ years of experience with 2+ in a supervisory capacity
2. Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
3. BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus.
4. HR Certifications (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) will be a plus.
