1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top-tier talent.

5. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
6. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
9. Create and revise job descriptions as necessary.
10. Conduct annual salary surveys and develop merit pool (salary budget).
11. Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan.
12. Fulfill all reporting requirements of all relevant government rules and regulations.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management in the Accounting and Finance industry.
3. Proven experience as an HR Manager with a deep understanding of all HR functions.
4. Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
5. Knowledge of data analysis and HR metrics.
6. Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
7. Excellent leadership abilities, including managing and leading a team.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
10. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
11. Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business plan.
12. In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
13. Experience in managing the training and development of staff.
