Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce.
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
9. Develop and implement employee handbooks and policies.
10. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in a human resources management role.
3. Strong knowledge of hiring processes including recruitment, interviews, and selection.
4. Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, and 401K management.
5. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
6. Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
7. Knowledge of HR systems and databases; ability to effectively use HR technology as a tool and resource.
8. A professional certification like SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
9. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to develop strategy and create and implement policies and procedures.
11. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
13. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
