Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted job descriptions.
+ Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
+ Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
+ Coordinate interview logistics and support hiring decisions.
+ Manage job offers, onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
+ Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate data.
+ Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
+ Stay current on employment laws and ensure compliance in all recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
+ 2 or more years of recruitment experience, ideally within construction, skilled trades, or field-based industries.
+ Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms.
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple open roles at once.
+ Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
Preferred:
+ SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
+ High-volume recruiting experience.
+ Familiarity with local labor markets across Northwest Florida.
