We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is a permanent position where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties including HR administrative support, interdepartmental coordination, employee records management, and HRIS support. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide broad HR administrative and department support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating departmental activities.
  • Liaise with subsidiaries and coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure smooth operation of HR functions.
  • Manage employee records and provide HRIS support, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to create reports, track activities, and manage documentation.
  • Utilize Paylocity, DynaFile, and other HR tools to streamline HR operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to accomplish tasks and achieve HR objectives.
  • Ensure all HR activities and processes are in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Analyze HR data and provide reports to management on key HR metrics.
  • Display personal integrity and maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS systems, Paylocity, and DynaFile is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Task-oriented and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving HR objectives.
  • High level of personal integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience with visa processes and regulations is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
