We are in search of a dynamic HR Professional with a strong focus on HRIS and HR Operations to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR systems, driving HR operational excellence, and providing insightful data-driven decisions to support our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of HRIS, employment data, data management, and reporting. The candidate must be proficient in automating tasks, managing a centralized repository, ensuring data integrity, and leading system implementations.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR systems, driving HR operational excellence, and providing insightful data-driven decisions to support our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of HRIS, employment data, data management, and reporting. The candidate must be proficient in automating tasks, managing a centralized repository, ensuring data integrity, and leading system implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system configuration, and ongoing enhancements.
- Design and build workflows, reporting dashboards to provide insights into HR operations.
- Manage system security and conduct regular system reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Deliver system training to HR and other staff, supporting integration and promoting self-service adoption.
- Oversee HR operations including calendaring, performance review cycles, annual compensation planning, open enrollment, and bonus administration.
- Drive standardization of HR processes and lead system upgrades, compliance enhancements, and employee experience improvements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Utilize tools such as Oracle, Workday, MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage and report on HR data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS and HR operations, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven experience with Human Resources Information Systems, employment data, data management, and reporting.
- Strong ability to track and report data, providing data-driven insights into HR operations.
- Experience in automating tasks, managing a centralized repository, system configuration, ensuring data integrity, and leading implementations.
- Ability to design and build workflows and reporting dashboards.
- Experience in managing system security, conducting system reviews, delivering system training, and supporting integration.
- Strong understanding of HR operations including calendaring, performance review cycles, annual compensation planning, open enrollment, and bonus administration.
- Proven ability to drive standardization, lead system upgrades, compliance enhancements, and employee experience improvements.
- Experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in Oracle, Workday, MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
